Pricing & Booking

Clear investment, calm process.

Every service starts with a non-refundable 25% deposit to secure your place and start date. It is credited in full against your final invoice, and the remaining balance is invoiced one week before completion.

Travel & Mileage

The first 30 miles of driving distance from our studio is included. Beyond 30 miles, travel is charged at 40p per mile each way. This applies to all in-person services and consultations.

Deposit & Payment Terms

A 25% deposit secures your service and booking date. It is non-refundable and is credited in full against your final invoice. The remaining balance is payable by secure payment link or invoice one week before the project is completed.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

Clear terms, from the start.

So there are no surprises, here is exactly what your deposit secures and how cancellations are handled.

What the 25% secures
Your deposit reserves your place in the studio diary, holds your start date, and covers the initial design work — the discovery review, concept direction and sourcing time that begins before your first presentation.
It is non-refundable
Because the date is withdrawn from the calendar and design work begins immediately, deposits are non-refundable once paid. This applies whether the project is cancelled, postponed indefinitely, or paused by the client.
Credited against your invoice
The full deposit is deducted from your final balance — it is never an additional fee. The remaining 75% is invoiced by secure payment link one week before the project is completed.
Rescheduling
You may move your start date once, free of charge, with at least 14 days' written notice, and your deposit transfers to the new date. Changes made with less than 14 days' notice, or a second reschedule, require a new deposit.
Cancellation by the studio
In the rare event we cannot proceed with your project, your deposit is refunded in full and any work already delivered is yours to keep.
Consultations
Consultation fees and deposits are payable at the time of booking. They are transferable with at least 48 hours' notice; cancellations inside 48 hours forfeit the payment.

How We Work

From first conversation to the reveal.

Every project follows the same five stages, whether it’s a single room or a whole house. You always know what happens next.

    Discovery

    We start with a conversation about how you live, what isn't working and what you'd like the rooms to feel like. Budget and timeline are discussed openly from the outset.

  2. 02

    Concept

    Mood boards, palettes and layout options. You'll see materials, finishes and furniture direction before a single thing is ordered.

  3. 03

    Sourcing

    We specify and procure everything — joinery, lighting, furniture, textiles — managing lead times and trade suppliers on your behalf.

  4. 04

    Install

    Deliveries are coordinated, trades are scheduled and installation is managed so the disruption to your home is as short as possible.

  5. 05

    The Reveal

    Final styling, the last details placed by hand, and the doors opened on a finished home. We stay in touch long after handover.
