1. Acceptance of terms

By using this website and purchasing services or products from ChateauxByFlossie, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Services and products

We offer interior design consultations, styling services and curated lifestyle products. Product descriptions, lead times and pricing are shown on each listing and are subject to availability.

3. Deposits, bookings and cancellations

Design services (L'Essentiel, Signature Maison, Maison Prestige and Collection Royale) require a 25% deposit of the quoted project value to secure the service and your booking date. The deposit reserves your place in the studio diary, holds your start date and covers the initial design work that begins before your first presentation.

Deposits are non-refundable. Because your date is withdrawn from the calendar and design work begins immediately, the deposit cannot be refunded once paid — including where a project is cancelled, postponed indefinitely or paused by the client. The deposit is credited in full against your final invoice and is never an additional charge. The remaining 75% balance is payable by secure payment link or invoice one week before the project is completed.

Rescheduling. You may move your start date once, free of charge, with at least 14 days' written notice, and your deposit transfers to the new date. Changes made with less than 14 days' notice, or a second reschedule, require a new deposit.

Cancellation by us. If we are unable to proceed with your project, your deposit is refunded in full and any work already delivered is yours to keep.

Consultations. Consultations are booked through the website and require a deposit or full payment at the time of booking. Payments secure your appointment and are applied toward your project. Bookings may be moved with at least 48 hours' notice; cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment forfeit the payment.

Travel beyond the first 30 miles of driving distance from our studio is charged at 40p per mile each way. Before submitting a service enquiry you will be asked to confirm that you have read and accept these deposit terms. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.

4. Orders and payment

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely by Stripe or Shopify Payments. Orders are confirmed only after payment has been received and accepted.

5. Shipping and delivery

We aim to dispatch in-stock items within the timeframe stated on the product page. Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

6. Returns and refunds

Bespoke, made-to-order and personalised items are not eligible for return unless faulty. Other products may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition. Please contact us at hello@chateauxbyflossie.com to arrange a return.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including images, text, branding and designs, is owned by or licensed to ChateauxByFlossie and may not be used without permission. Portfolio images and project plans remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Limitation of liability

We do our best to ensure information on the site is accurate, but we are not liable for any loss arising from errors, omissions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
